Metalmill Cielesz Sp. z o.o. is a family-owned company with a long-standing tradition.
The founders are Edward Cielesz and his two sons, Paweł and Wojciech.
The company’s origins date back to 2008, but Mr. Edward Cielesz had already gained experience in machining in the early 1980s, which he later shared with his sons.
The company developed gradually.
Starting with a single milling machine, which was installed in a rented hall. Over the years, the company gained many clients, which accelerated its growth and allowed for financing numerous investments. Thanks to the perseverance and commitment of the owners, a new production hall was built, which now houses over 20 modern machines.
At Metalmill, quality has been a priority from the very beginning.
We only invest in new equipment from renowned suppliers, as in machining, not only the knowledge and experience of the machine operator are important, but also the equipment they work on. This allows us to maintain consistently high quality at every stage of production, which ultimately reflects in the quality of the final product. We work with machines from well-known global brands such as MAZAK, KAPP NILES, and FERMAT.
Metalmill stands out also because its owners come from the industry and have an excellent knowledge of machines and production processes. Their constant presence and collaboration at every stage of production help streamline the process, and in case of any issues, immediate decisions are made. Proper production management and support for the entire team of employees translates into their engagement and enables their continuous development. As a result, a team of outstanding specialists and CNC machine operators has been created, who have been with the company for many years and are committed to our future. This allows us to meet the constantly growing market demands and fulfill the increasing expectations of our clients. Despite dynamic growth and an increasing number of contractors, we still maintain an individual approach to each client and provide a high level of service.
Metalmill Cielesz Sp. z o.o. is a rapidly growing company with a well-established market position, based on many years of experience in CNC machining. Over the years, we have built our product base, adapting it to the changing needs of the market both in Poland and abroad, consistently placing quality at the forefront. Initially, we collaborated with the automotive, aviation, and railway industries. For many years, we have also been active in the printing industry, where we have significant experience. Producing tools for the printing industry has always been fascinating for us and continues to bring us great pleasure. As an independent manufacturer of these tools, we are constantly able to propose new solutions.
In 2024, we invested in a modern, automated induction hardening production line. Our machine park has also been enriched with a modern gear profile grinding machine from KAPP NILES. As a result, we can now fully independently produce all tools used in the printing industry, including magnetic cylinders, printing cylinders, counter cylinders, support cylinders, knife cylinders, air cylinders, and high-quality gears. Thanks to our full independence, we can respond very quickly to customer needs, and if necessary, we can manufacture some tools and prepare them for shipment the next day.
As production increases, we are gradually expanding our customer service capabilities as well. Thanks to our carefully selected team, both in the office and on the production side, we are able to effectively oversee the execution of orders, knowing that dedicated individuals are overseeing the process. We place great emphasis on quality control at every stage of production, as well as before shipping and during packaging. We are confident in our high quality and precision.
