For the production of air cylinders, we typically use printing cylinders that, at one stage of processing, undergo additional machining to create air holes in the cylinder body. Upon customer request, we adjust the body diameter, hole placement, and quantity according to its intended application. This is particularly crucial for rubber sleeves, where precise hole positioning and diameter selection enable proper sleeve expansion and easy installation. An additional component is a specially designed air adapter, customized depending on the cylinder type. To improve mounting and enhance operational safety, we use a specialized holder whose arms rest against the gear. For cylinders without gears, we implement a base with a rod and upper mounting using a cap and clamping screw. It is also possible to use FESTO quick connectors to supply air to the cylinder body by placing the connection either near the working section or along the cylinder axis.
